By accessing or using Ehsas+ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Ehsas+ is a personal productivity and wellness application that helps users track mood, habits, journal entries, finances, and personal growth. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Ehsas+ is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice. It is a personal tracking and reflection tool. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, financial, or mental health decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on data within the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Ehsas+ offers a free plan with limited features and a premium subscription plan with full access. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
We may change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect. Founding price subscribers will be honored at their locked-in rate unless they cancel and re-subscribe.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within Ehsas+ (journal entries, vault items, habit data, financial data, mood logs). We do not claim any rights to your personal content.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activity that harms other users or the Service. We will attempt to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.
We do not guarantee that data will never be lost. While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, users are strongly encouraged to export their data regularly using the Export feature in Settings. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, user error, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ehsas+ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related emails including account verification, password resets, subscription confirmations, and important service announcements. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use the app, your data (mood entries, habits, journal entries, financial records, vault items) is stored securely. We also collect basic usage data to improve the Service.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with Row Level Security, ensuring each user can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Ehsas+ is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
